Return Requests
For any return requests that may be considered, the following conditions apply:
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our United States warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
- Timeline: Return requests must be initiated via email within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging (including the intact shoe box) in brand new condition.
Defective Merchandise
We meticulously inspect every item before dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, Cytheras will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund.
